I've been away for a while

Sorry about being away for so long, I have been looking at what else to do. looking at my blog, I see how rubbish some of my posts were. I made these posts a while ago, and I wasn't sure how to do things. I saw my old post about fishplaits and I was shocked, thats not a fishplait! I now know how...
Brush hair through

Brush hair to one side

Take the first few layers of your hair (or split hair in half)

Split this peice of hair in half

Take a peice of hair from the remainder of hair, and put it over the first bit, and under the other

Continue this on the other side

keep repeating this, doing alternating sides

It should start to look like this

Tie at bottom

And done! (this one is a bit rushed, and not very good, I can do a very good one, but it can take about half an hour! To practice this, do it on friends first, it's easier. The smaller the bits of hair you choose, the more detailed and less messy the plait will be!

If you like doing fancy hair, then you will love this website!

What do you think?

My attempt at a crown dutch plait!

Fishtail/Herringbone/Fish plait, whatever you want to call it!

This one is easy, when you know how, but explaining it is a bit tricky! I'll try my best!!
Brush hair free of tangles

Part hair down the middle

From the front of the right side of hair, take a strip and drag it underneath the left side

(dragging underneath left side)
When you repeat from left to right this time, you should get a little cross of hair at the back of your neck. Repeat the alternating left and rights until the end of your hair.

This is my hair after my FIRST go of doing a fish plait. It does get quite hard, and I recommend this if you havent done it before...http://www.wikihow.com/Fishtail-Braid

How To use a Donut

First, comb or brush hair free of tangles

Now tie a high pony tail

Put the donut over the pony tail, as shown above
Place hair over donut, so all bits are covered

When you put a hairband over this, it will leave a lot of hair at the back

With another hairband, wrap the hair back around the bun
You can leave it like this if you want...

Or you can comb down your fringe,

and some side bits,

and your'e done!
Leave a comment if you wish, and I will post more helpful ideas soon, including how to do a french plait!
